Terms of use

1. The service

Plomi lets you save places, organise lists and record visits. Available features depend on version and platform. The apps are still being prepared for the stores; these pages do not announce availability or guarantee approval by Apple or Google.

2. Account and responsible use

Use a sign-in method that belongs to you and protect your codes. Do not share credentials, bypass limits or use the service for fraud, harassment or access to other people’s data. Use by minors and their consent must respect legal capacity and guardian authorisation where required.

3. Content and sharing

You retain rights to your content and permit processing needed to store and provide it according to your choices. Only send data, text and photos you are entitled to use. Publishing visits is subject to the specific Plomi Community terms. Report content to helpdesk@bitwe.pt, identifying the place, content and reason.

4. Place information and points

Place information and suggestions may be incomplete or outdated. Confirm opening hours, prices and conditions with the establishment. A rating is an opinion, not a guarantee. Review an AI suggestion before applying it.

Invoices are optional and subject to validation and deduplication. Each whole euro per invoice may earn one Plomi; cents are rounded down for each document. Points are not money, a financial product or proof of personal consumption. The programme is in preparation, with no promise of prizes or redemption.

5. Availability and rights

Outages or maintenance may occur. Keep an export if you need an independent copy. Measures against abuse should be proportionate and may be challenged through support. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Portuguese law applies without prejudice to mandatory protections in your country of residence.
